X Downloader Review: A Lightweight Way to Grab Twitter Media

Author : King Z | Published On : 24 Oct 2026

X Downloader is a focused web tool for saving public media from X (formerly Twitter). It does a few things and does them clearly: MP4 downloads with visible quality options, MP3 conversion done on your device, batch resolving of up to ten links, and PNG screenshots of posts.

The interface is minimal and works on desktop, tablet and mobile. There is no sign-up, and the service does not store a download history. An optional Chrome extension is available.

Verdict: a good free pick if you just want the file without ads getting in the way.
