What KYC providers are you using for user onboarding?

We're looking to automate parts of our customer onboarding process and reduce manual verification work. During my research I found IdentifyME, which seems to offer a full suite of identity verification and compliance tools.

The service looks promising, but I'd like to hear from people who have used similar platforms in production. How important are things like OCR accuracy, biometric checks, and verification speed in real-world use?
