TTS wraps up the 3rd Quarter with big changes across all platforms. Upgrades to WALT, medTOUR+assist and PokkeTTREK evaluations will be available for trial as TTS moves towards deployment. ClimAIteTRACK will see an overhaul of the interface in addition to increased functionality. Read on for details:

hospit-AI-lity

hospit-AI-lity is the flagship platform in the TTS portfolio and delivers fast and effective training to travel workers and travel agents. Upgrading skills and more efficient on-boarding of new hires can help travel businesses maximize each and every guest and client interaction, ensuring no potential revenue is left on the table. WALT is the AI travel coach for the platform and just finished beta testing in its 2nd generation. WALT3.0 will launch in late Q3 and will showcase an array of upgrades and updates as the platform moves towards scale and production. Improved data handling, larger data sets and a user facing portal that mirrors the production interface will be the final testing stage for hospit-AI-lity.

ClimAIteTRACK

ClimAIteTRACK is an insurance management tool that delivers environmental assessments and grading that can target specific regions, cities and mailing codes to give insurers a better understanding of past and potential future climate risk. Increasing Earth temperatures are driving climate change and increasing the severity and frequency of damage causing weather and drought conditions. Through unique data acquisition processes and machine learning analytics, the ClimAIteTRACK platform generates a proprietary Environmental Assessment Grade (EAG) and Climate Volatility Index (CVI) for any location. Risk and commentary are easy to understand and can be used to adjust client premiums as well as communicate and provide transparency directly to policy holders. A unique Dynamic Premium Pricing Model (DPPM) function automates the reporting process and generates more premium increases for clients in higher risk areas or other appropriate scenarios. Currently in version 2, the ClimAIteTRACK evaluation is available for trial and will generate an EAG and CVI for any location specified by the user. medTOUR+assist is one of 2 mobile apps within the TTS portfolio that caters directly to medical and wellness travelers. The healthcare travel category is up and coming as inflationary pressures in western economies continue to push costs higher and an aging population reduces capacity and increases wait times. Demand for medical and wellness trips continue to rise but planning and fulfilling these journeys can be stressful and complex. medTOUR+assist provides an easy to use interface for organizing healthcare travel and keeps users connected to resources while abroad. WALT, the AI presence within the TTS eco-system, is a powerful assistant that helps medical and wellness travelers stay on top of appointments and provides plain language assistance when asked. WALT’s framework also provides opportunities for healthcare and wellness providers with cross promotion and recommendations while on the go. A desktop companion version of medTOUR+assist increases accessibility for creating and planning trips and syncs seamlessly with the mobile app. First generation online design layouts are available and late Q3 will see optimized designs and extended base functionality of the evaluation. App build and engineering will begin in Q4.

PokkeTTREK

PokkeTTREK is the second mobile app within the TTS portfolio and is an all-in-one travel tracking platform that maximizes smartphone functionality for travelers. Mobile device usage during travel is high and has positioned the technology as a go-to and must have travel accessory. Travelers are using their smartphones during trips more frequently as device adoption now exceeds the planet’s population. PokkeTTREK is a dual purpose platform, creating benefits and conveniences for travelers and generating extended marketing opportunities for travel businesses. The PokkeTTREK app itself gives users access to all smartphone functions in an easy to use interface including trip statistic tracking, media creation and on the go concierge assistance from WALT, the AI presence within the TTS ecosystem. PokkeTTREK generates user preference and behaviour insights through the SnapShot panel, that businesses can use to elevate marketing efforts and product assortment. WALT’s own framework extends opportunities by accessing static documents that can direct travelers to specific recommendations and suggestions, increasing affiliate and partnership revenue. First version layouts are available online with limited functionality and optimized designs and increased base functionality will be available at the end of Q3. App build and engineering will begin in Q4, alongside the other mobile app platform within the TTS portfolio.

Public beta testing during Q4 will mark the launching pad towards production ready and scalable technologies in the TTS portfolio. 2027 will see launches across the entire slate as well as increased marketing and presence as technologies go ‘online’.
