The TDP vision for Andhra Pradesh combines welfare and development with priorities such as employment, agriculture, infrastructure, regional development, skill building, and improved governance.

Employment and skill development are another key focus. The 2024 manifesto included a commitment to create 20 lakh jobs over five years, along with a state-wide skill census and employment-related measures for young people. The broader objective is to connect education and skills with emerging economic opportunities and encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment.

Infrastructure and regional development are also central to the development agenda. The manifesto included proposals concerning Amaravati, industrial corridors, ports, airports, railway projects, roads, and regional development initiatives. It also outlined development priorities for Rayalaseema, including water, irrigation, education, healthcare, horticulture, and industrial growth.

Governance is another important element of the TDP's stated vision. Proposals have included strengthening administrative systems, improving local governance through Panchayati Raj institutions, and promoting development through local bodies. The manifesto also included measures intended to improve public services and administrative functioning.
