Speech and Language Assessment is a comprehensive task which requires assessing the individual with Speech and Language difficulty in many domains. Any individual who presents to the Centre with a Speech and/or Language difficulty needs to undergo the following:

•  Visual Inspection of the organs involved
•  Informal Assessment with a proforma
•  Formal Assessment with standardised and suitable tests

An Assessment report is then created with all the details pertaining to the client, which will be essential to create a Therapy plan and further track progress of the client over time.
