About Signature Global Park 1 Extension Sector 36 Sohna
Updated 7 October 2026.
In short: Signature Global Park 1 Extension, Sector 36, Sohna is the newest phase of Signature Global's low-rise floors south of Gurugram, and the project behind this month's Signature Home Aagaman ads. Aagaman is the name of the booking offer, not of a new project. The ad promises three things: pay Rs 2 lakh at booking and it is counted as Rs 7 lakh, an effective benefit of Rs 5 lakh; 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes from Rs 85 lakh; and a 30:70 payment plan, with terms and conditions attached. The phase is registered with the Haryana authority under HRERA numbers 44 and 45 of 2025, both dated 1 May 2025, as printed on Signature Global's own project page. One gap matters: the ad does not say which home Rs 85 lakh buys or how big it is, and when this phase launched in 2025 brokers quoted its 2 and 3 BHK floors from about Rs 1.54 crore.

The Signature Home Aagaman offer, in brief
The current ad, run by the account "Signature Global Park1 Extension", offers four things: a Rs 2 lakh booking counted as Rs 7 lakh, 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes from Rs 85 lakh, a 30:70 payment plan and pickup and drop for the site visit, all marked "T&C apply". The Rs 5 lakh difference is real money, about 5.9 per cent of an Rs 85 lakh home. Its value depends on whether it comes off the sale price in the agreement or is only a credit against early instalments, and on what happens to it if you cancel. Ask both questions and get the answers on the allotment letter. Our post on the Signature Home Aagaman offer works through the Rs 5 lakh, the 30:70 plan and what Rs 85 lakh buys, in rupees.
Signature Global Park 1 Extension price, and what Rs 85 lakh buys
The Signature Global Park 1 Extension price in the ad starts at Rs 85 lakh. The trouble is that the ad does not tie that figure to a plan or a size, and the sizes on record do not reach down that far.
When the phase launched in 2025, brokers listed only 2 and 3 BHK floors. Their quotes, read on 7 October 2026:
| Plan quoted | Size | Price quoted | Per sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 or 3 BHK, entry plan | 1,195 sq ft | Rs 1.54 crore to Rs 1.58 crore | About Rs 12,900 to Rs 13,200 |
| 3 BHK with two toilets | 1,300 sq ft | Rs 1.6 crore | About Rs 12,300 |
| 3 BHK with three toilets | 1,550 sq ft | Rs 1.9 crore | About Rs 12,250 |
| 3 BHK with study (this site's earlier listing) | 1,550 sq ft | Rs 1.70 crore | About Rs 11,000 |
None of these is a Signature Global price list. They are broker quotes, and one broker page lists carpet areas of only 600 to 950 sq ft for the same homes, which suggests the 1,195 to 1,550 sq ft figures are sale areas rather than floor you can walk on. Ask for both on your plan.
Now do the sum the ad leaves out. At the Rs 11,000 to Rs 13,200 per sq ft these quotes imply, Rs 85 lakh buys about 640 to 770 sq ft. That is the size of a 1 BHK or the smallest 2 BHK in this campus, not the 1,195 sq ft homes the phase opened with. So the most likely reading is that Rs 85 lakh is the entry price of the new 1 BHK, and the 2 and 3 BHK floors still cost well over Rs 1 crore. Ask for the Signature Global Park price list for this phase, with the carpet area against every price, before you count on the headline figure.
Payment plan
The ad offers 30:70, which in Gurugram usually means 30 per cent before possession and 70 per cent on it, so most of the money stays with the buyer until the home is ready. The ad does not set out the stages; ask for the schedule in writing, tied to construction milestones. Under the RERA Act the promoter may not take more than 10 per cent of the price before a registered agreement for sale.
Signature Global Park 1 Extension RERA and who the promoter is
Signature Global's page for the Park campus prints two registrations for this phase: RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/941/673/2025/44 and RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/942/674/2025/45, both dated 1 May 2025. Two numbers usually means two registered parts of land, so ask which one covers the plot your floor is on and read that certificate's completion date on the Haryana authority's website. Our HRERA guide shows how.
The same page names Signatureglobal Homes Limited under the registration list, and its disclaimer says the words "Signature Global" are not to be read as Signature Global (India) Ltd being the promoter. The Haryana filing for Park 1 shows the same group company, then a private limited, as the promoter, with the land in village Dhunela, Sector 36. That is the usual way large builders hold each project. It decides whose name is on your agreement, so read it there.
The record of the earlier phases is worth knowing. Park 1 was registered on 11 October 2021, extended under Section 6 on 19 December 2024, and then continued under Section 7(3) on 30 October 2025, the day its registration was due to end. Park 1 Phase II, registered on 2 January 2023, was extended on 16 June 2025. Delays of this size are common in Gurugram and the earlier parks are now lived in, but it is a reason to read the completion date yourself rather than trust a "possession in 2027" line on a broker page that does not cite one.
The homes, the plots and the stilt-plus-four question
Every home here is a floor on a plot. Each plot carries a stilt for parking and four floors above it, one home per floor, with a lift shared by the four owners. The Park campus is designed by Hafeez Contractor's office, according to Signature Global, and brokers describe the 2025 phase as part of a township of about 35 acres already home to more than 1,000 families. Our guide to Deen Dayal independent floors explains how these plots are licensed and sold.
One thing has changed since this phase was registered. On 2 April 2026 the Punjab and Haryana High Court restrained the state's stilt-plus-four policy for residential plots, later confining the order to Gurugram district, which includes Sohna, and on 21 July 2026 the Town and Country Planning Department put fresh stilt-plus-four approvals on hold. A phase registered in May 2025 should already hold its building plans, but ask for the sanctioned plan of your plot and its date. Our explainer on stilt plus four floors in Gurgaon has the detail.
"Fully loaded" is the ad's word, and it is not defined. Brokers describe air-conditioning, marble flooring and modular kitchens in this phase. The Haryana filing for Park 1 lists vitrified and ceramic tiles, a granite kitchen counter and no air-conditioning. Ask for the specification schedule of your floor, signed, and check the brands and the number of AC units room by room.
