Both centres are open 49 weeks of the year, closing for 1 day during the year for professional development and approximately two weeks between the end of December and early January. Services are given a rating for each NQS quality area and an overall NQS service quality rating based on these results. The overall rating provides a snapshot of how the service is performing.

Our qualified chef is at the centre five days a week, preparing breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack each day. The four-week rotating menu changes seasonally, with allergies, dietary requirements, preferences and cultural needs catered for.
