Precisely Chief Product Officer appointment marks a strategic move as Precisely names Matt Waxman as its new Chief Product Officer to accelerate innovation in AI-driven data solutions.

In this role, Waxman will lead the company’s global product organization, overseeing strategy, development, and execution across its portfolio, including the Data Integrity Suite. His focus will center on strengthening Precisely’s vision for AI-ready and agentic data environments.

Waxman brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise software and data platforms. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Veritas, Cohesity, Puppet, and Dell EMC, where he managed large-scale data management and SaaS initiatives. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at Arctera, where he helped guide the spin-out of a major data management business.

At Precisely, he will collaborate closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to enhance product capabilities and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions. His leadership will also support organizations in preparing their data infrastructure for automation and next-generation AI applications.
