Under her leadership, Madison Reed grew into one of the leading direct-to-consumer beauty brands in the United States, successfully expanding into an omnichannel business serving millions of customers nationwide.

Before launching Madison Reed, Errett served as General Partner at Maveron, the consumer-focused venture capital firm co-founded by former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz. She also previously held the position of Chief Asset Gathering Officer at E*TRADE and currently serves as a Venture Partner at True Ventures.
