Paint peeling on my roof – anyone know a good place near Al Qasba for respray?

The clear coat on my 2012 Chevrolet Malibu has started peeling badly on the roof. It looks terrible and I'm worried about rust if I leave it too long. I live near Al Qasba and I see a few body shops around but I have no idea which ones do quality paint work. I don't need a showroom finish, just something that looks decent and will protect the metal. I'm not looking to spend a fortune because the car is older but I also don't want a cheap respray that will peel again in six months. A neighbor suggested Accomplished Auto Repair Al Qasba but I think they mostly do mechanical work. Has anyone had paint or body work done near Al Qasba? How much should I expect to pay for a roof respray on a sedan? Should I just get the whole car wrapped instead? I've heard wrapping can be cheaper than paint but I'm not sure. Also if I leave the peeling clear coat as is, how long until rust becomes a problem? The car lives outside unfortunately because I don't have covered parking. Any recommendations for an affordable but decent body shop in Sharjah would be great. I'm willing to drive a bit for good work. Thanks.
