I had a really frustrating experience last month where I called a roadside assistance number I found online and they quoted me 45 minutes, after an hour I called back and they said the driver was delayed, after 90 minutes I gave up and called someone else. The whole time I was sitting in a hot car with no AC because the engine wouldn't start and I couldn't run the climate control. This time I want to find a guaranteed roadside assistance response Sharjah that actually commits to a specific arrival window and sticks to it, or at least communicates honestly if there's a delay so I'm not left wondering if they're still coming. I've heard the battery replacement service that people recommend on this forum also does general roadside assistance with pretty reliable response times, can anyone confirm if they give you a realistic ETA and actually meet it? Also wondering what happens if they can't fix the problem on the spot, do they arrange towing or do I have to call a separate company, and is that included in the initial callout fee or charged separately? I don't mind paying for good service but I want clarity on what I'm getting before I'm stuck in an emergency situation trying to read fine print on a website. After my last experience I'm willing to pay a premium for someone who treats my time as valuable rather than just another call in the queue.
