Mitek Systems, Inc. has appointed Aaron Seyler as Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening its global go-to-market strategy and revenue operations. Seyler officially assumed the role on August 17, 2026. He will oversee revenue generation, partner sales channels, and international customer onboarding initiatives.

Seyler brings extensive experience in enterprise software, digital identity, and fraud management. Before joining Mitek, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Vonage, an Ericsson company. During his tenure, he helped scale API-based software operations across 17 international markets.

Previously, Seyler held a senior commercial leadership position at Telesign. He played a key role in expanding the company's enterprise revenue from $200 million to more than $600 million.

Strengthening Mitek's Go-to-Market Leadership

With Seyler's appointment, Mitek is bringing its sales and market functions together under a single executive leader. The company expects this structure to improve alignment, accountability, and overall revenue performance.

Mitek CEO Edward H. West welcomed Seyler and highlighted his experience leading revenue growth for global enterprise software businesses. West also pointed to Seyler's background in digital identity and fraud prevention.

According to West, combining Mitek's go-to-market functions under one Chief Revenue Officer will support the company's next phase of growth. The company also believes Seyler's experience will help strengthen its commercial strategy across global markets.

Seyler said Mitek's established relationships with major banks and enterprises were among the factors that attracted him to the company. He emphasized the importance of protecting identities and assets as digital fraud continues to evolve.

Furthermore, Seyler plans to bring Mitek's go-to-market teams closer together. He will also work with the company's partners to expand adoption of Mitek's technology among financial institutions and enterprises.

Equity Awards Approved for Seyler

Alongside the executive appointment, Mitek's Board approved equity inducement awards for Seyler. The awards carry an aggregate grant date fair value of approximately $2.5 million.

The package includes 67,459 performance-based restricted stock units. These PSUs are tied to benchmarks associated with the Russell 2000 Index.

The compensation package also includes 67,459 service-based restricted stock units. These RSUs will vest through four equal annual installments.

Mitek issued the inducement awards under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The grants were made outside the company's Second Amended and Restated 2020 Plan.

Supporting Mitek's Growth Strategy

Mitek continues to expand its digital identity verification capabilities. Its solutions help organizations protect digital transactions and address emerging fraud threats.

The appointment of Seyler comes as businesses face increasingly sophisticated digital and AI-driven fraud risks. His background in revenue growth, identity technology, and enterprise software could support Mitek's commercial expansion.

Moreover, consolidating go-to-market responsibilities under one leader could help Mitek improve coordination across sales, partnerships, and customer engagement. Seyler's international experience may also support the company's efforts to expand its presence across global markets.

With Seyler now leading revenue operations, Mitek aims to build on its existing enterprise relationships. The company will continue focusing on technology, partnerships, and services that help organizations strengthen digital identity security.

The appointment therefore represents an important leadership move for Mitek. It also reinforces the company's focus on revenue growth while addressing the growing challenges surrounding digital and AI-driven fraud.
