M3M India and ONE Atmosphere launch Gurugram's first globally branded serviced suites

M3M India has joined hands with global hospitality brand ONE Atmosphere — part of the Maldives-born Atmosphere Core group — to introduce 'ONE Atmosphere Suites, Corner Walk, Gurugram'. The project marks ONE Atmosphere's first development in India and is set to redefine how luxury serviced living is experienced in the country.

A first-of-its-kind concept in India

Located in Sector 73/74, Gurgaon, the development will offer 256 fully serviced luxury suites, with operations scheduled to commence in winter 2026. Positioned at the intersection of residential comfort and professional hospitality, ONE Atmosphere Suites is designed for business travellers, project-based professionals, and long-stay guests who demand more than a standard hotel room — but want more flexibility than a conventional apartment.

The format prioritises spacious layouts, operational efficiency, and the kind of consistent, professionally managed service standards that Atmosphere Core has become globally recognised for — now brought to one of India's most dynamic corporate corridors.

The vision behind the partnership

Robin Mangla, President of M3M India, described the collaboration as a natural extension of the developer's ambition. "ONE Atmosphere Suites will be India's first offering of its kind, changing the way luxury serviced properties are perceived in the country. As India's foremost luxury and branded real estate company, M3M India is paving the way with marquee projects that offer discerning customers a lifestyle aligned with global aspirations."

Salil Panigrahi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Atmosphere Core, added that India represents a significant growth market for the brand, with Gurugram serving as a deliberate and strategic starting point for its India entry.

Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director of ONE Atmosphere and Atmosphere Living, pointed to a broader roadmap beyond this launch. "This marks the beginning of a larger strategic collaboration between M3M India and Atmosphere Core to develop premium serviced hospitality assets across key locations." The initial phase will focus on Gurugram and Noida, with plans to scale the ONE Atmosphere brand across India and international markets including the UAE, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Cambodia. Globally, the brand is targeting approximately 7,500 keys signed over the next five years.

The amenities at ONE Atmosphere Suites have been carefully designed to serve both short-term and extended-stay guests with equal ease. Highlights include a terrace-level club and pool with a social and leisure deck, a specialty café and patisserie, a signature all-day dining restaurant, co-working spaces, private conference rooms, banquet facilities, and indoor lounges. A fully equipped gymnasium and premium spa round out the wellness offering.

The interiors will be helmed by celebrated architect and designer Rohit Gulati, with a curated team of local artists commissioned to give each space a distinctive artistic identity — ensuring the property carries a character that is entirely its own.
