Barceló Hotel Group will run the hotel. Royal Hideaway is its luxury line. Ibervalles Capital is the developer behind the project. The two sides reached a strategic deal. The hotel will hold five stars. Some who type LA28 Tickets into a search bar may land here. They will find a bold new tower. It comes from a very famous architect.

The tower is by Bjarke Ingels. His studio is called BIG. It has a global name for bold ideas. Lazaro Rosa Violán will design the interiors. The team wants a fresh look for the district. Olympic 2028 Tickets is a phrase tied to a different story. This hotel opens in the same year as the Los Angeles Games. That is only a calendar match. Still, 2028 looks busy.

LA28 Tickets Guides Explain the Bjarke Ingels Design

The tower has 13 floors. Its facade is made of curved glass. A second skin sits over it. That skin is reddish brass. It echoes the red brick seen nearby. The look is warm and soft. Guides that mention LA 28 Tickets rarely cover buildings. This one does. Design is the heart of the project. It will be a bold shape on the skyline.

The rooms are the key idea. Each one is a curved, round module. Each has a small round bathroom beside it. The rooms line the outer wall. Search pages for LA28 Tickets seldom show shapes like these. That gives guests wide city views. The views reach 180 degrees. They include the bathrooms too. Yet the design is the main story.

The design came from BIG. Its partners Bjarke Ingels and Agustín Pérez lead the work. A Madrid firm called Ortiz León Arquitectos is also helping. Olympic 2028 Tickets pages will not mention them. But they shape the skyline. Every image so far is a computer rendering. Those came before Barceló joined. So the final hotel may differ.

LA28 Tickets Pages Cover Rooms and Guest Spaces

The hotel will have 132 rooms. All are meant for five star stays. Each room faces the outside wall. That means light and views for every guest. The reports do not list suites. They do not list room rates. Writers who cover LA 28 Tickets may skip such details. Travel readers will want them. For now, the hotel has shared only its broad plan.

The shared spaces sound rich. There will be a spa and an indoor pool. There will also be a panoramic rooftop. The views will cover the city. Readers who look up LA28 Tickets may enjoy a change of topic. Several dining concepts are planned. No names have been given. A rooftop with open sky is a strong draw.

Many details are still missing. Chefs have not been named. Spa services have not been listed. Olympic 2028 Tickets coverage will not fill those gaps. Only the hotel can. Barceló has yet to publish them. The brand has a style in other places. Palacio San Juan in Murcia is one example. It shows the brand style in action.

LA28 Tickets Reports Cover the Site and the Partners

The site sits in AZCA. That is a business district in northern Madrid. It is about 600 meters from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The land held an office building. It was more than 7000 square meters. Ibervalles bought it from Allianz in 2023. Plans call for demolition. Pieces about LA 28 Tickets seldom cover urban change.

The project aims to lift the district. Alfonso Astoria leads Ibervalles Capital. He wants the hotel to be a benchmark for urban luxury. That is a clear goal. Writers who tag stories with LA28 Tickets may be surprised by this news. Barceló was chosen after a global search. CBRE helped run that process. It has nothing to do with sport.

Raúl González leads Barceló in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He said the project fits the group’s wish to grow in top places. Olympic 2028 Tickets is not part of his plan. Madrid is. The contract type was not shared. Its length was not shared either. Those details may come later. For now, the roles are clear. Ibervalles builds. Click here to read more about LA28 Tickets.
