KNS Samooha Construction Status 2026 – Phase 1 Progress Update

The major boundary wall and ground levelling for Phase 1 have been finished by the KNS Samooha construction project. Internal road construction has already begun, according to the 2026 site update. There will be 9-meter intersections and 12-meter main roadways throughout the project. Strong concrete is being used in the construction of these roads to ensure their smoothness and ability to withstand heavy rain without sustaining harm.

The KNS Samooha development project demonstrates the completion of the utility lines and subterranean pipes. This covers the water supply system for the layout as well as internet fibre connections. A 500 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and a 1-acre clubhouse are also part of the project. Residents will have access to an indoor sports space and a swimming pool at the clubhouse.
