Everyone selling you something in the UAE property market will tell you the same thing: now is the right time, this is the right project, and the long-term fundamentals have never been stronger. The pitch is consistent regardless of the cycle, regardless of the location, and regardless of whether the developer making it has a track record of delivering what they sold or a history of handing over units that bore little resemblance to the brochure. The phrase "long-term growth" does a lot of heavy lifting in these conversations. It papers over the absence of a specific thesis, justifies almost any entry price, and conveniently defers the question of whether the investment actually performed to a future point where accountability has dissolved.
