Inside a Modern Car Workshop in Sharjah: Diagnostics, Photos and Videos

Today’s cars are computers on wheels. A modern Toyota, Lexus, Nissan or BMW has dozens of control units, and finding a fault starts with a laptop, not a spanner. Here is what happens inside our Sharjah workshop, with photos and videos you can browse.

Step 1: Computer diagnostics

Every job starts with a full system scan. We read stored fault codes, live sensor data and freeze-frame records from the engine, gearbox, ABS, airbag and body modules. This tells us where to look before anything is taken apart. We share diagnostic notes and technical write-ups on Dev.to, Hashnode, Speaker Deck, Stack Overflow, GitHub, GitLab, CodePen and JSFiddle.

Step 2: Programming and calibration

Replacing a modern part often means coding it to the car. We handle ECM programming, ABS and airbag module work, radar and camera calibration, TPMS sensors and key programming in-house, so you do not need a second trip to the dealer.

Step 3: Mechanical and body work

Once the fault is confirmed, our mechanics, electricians and body technicians get to work. Every technician has at least 10 years’ experience. See the workshop, the team and finished cars in our photo galleries on Pinterest, Behance, 500px, Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay.

Step 4: Final test and handover

After the repair we clear the codes, re-scan and road-test the car. You get your car back with the old parts and a clear explanation of what we did. Watch the process in our videos on Vimeo and on Screencast.
