How to update phone number in Google Business Profile

You can update the phone number in your Google Business Profile by following these steps:
- Sign in to your Google account connected to the business.
- Open your business profile.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Go to the Contact tab.
- Update the phone number.
- Click Save.
Google may review the change before it becomes live. Sometimes updates appear instantly, while other times they can take a few hours or days.
Important Tips
- Use a local number that customers can directly reach.
- Avoid call forwarding numbers if possible.
- Make sure the same phone number is used on your website and other directories for better trust.
