If you own a rental property in Olympia, scheduling your 'Rental Registry' inspection in a timely manner can help you avoid delays that often arise as inspection deadlines approach. Inspection availability depends on the inspector's schedule, ease of access to the property, and how early you submit your request. While some landlords may be able to schedule an appointment within a few days, same-day availability depends on the inspector's current schedule.
