Gong Launches Mission Callisto With New AI Revenue Capabilities

Gong has launched Mission Callisto, a new product release designed to help revenue teams improve data quality, automate workflows, and make more informed decisions. The release introduces Gong Enrich, a new sales enrichment capability that adds third-party account and contact data to the Gong Revenue Graph. The company is expanding its revenue AI platform with additional capabilities across Gong Assistant, Agent Builder, and Gong Dashboards.
Gong Enrich Fills Data Gaps for Revenue Teams
Revenue teams often depend on information from multiple data providers, creating challenges such as incomplete contact records, outdated information, and duplicated data. Gong Enrich addresses these gaps by bringing third-party account and contact information directly into Gong's Revenue Graph.
Customers can connect supported data providers and configure the order in which Gong searches them. The platform can use existing provider credits before using Gong Credits and data from its growing network of enrichment partners.
Gong's initial data partners include Apollo, Findymail, Firmable, Kernel, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza, ZeroBounce, and ZoomInfo.
The enriched information becomes part of the Gong Revenue Graph, allowing it to contribute context to other revenue workflows across the platform. Sellers can fill missing contact information directly within Gong, while revenue operations teams can automate enrichment through Custom Agents.
Mission Callisto Expands AI-Powered Revenue Workflows
Mission Callisto goes beyond data enrichment by introducing improvements across Gong's AI-powered revenue platform.
The release enhances Agent Builder, Gong Assistant, and Gong Dashboards to help teams move from revenue insights to automated execution and performance measurement.
Gong says the combination of richer data, automated workflows, and unified analytics can help revenue teams reduce manual work and respond more quickly to business events.
Agent Builder Automates Revenue Tasks
Gong has expanded Agent Builder so teams can create Custom Agents that automatically execute workflows when specific events or conditions occur.
Users can define triggers, conditions, steps, and actions through a visual editor. They can also describe the desired agent in natural language.
The system supports reusable skills that allow organizations to capture internal expertise and apply it across multiple agents. This gives revenue teams a way to standardize repeatable processes instead of relying on employees to remember when and how to perform individual tasks.
Automatically triggered Custom Agents are rolling out during 2026, while Gong Enrich and several other Mission Callisto capabilities are already generally available.
Gong Assistant Adds Deep Mode
Mission Callisto also introduces Deep Mode within Gong Assistant.
The new capability is designed for complex business questions that require information from multiple systems and sources. Instead of requiring users to manually collect information and connect the findings, Deep Mode can investigate broader business signals and produce a grounded report.
Gong also expanded Assistant into Deal Boards and Account Boards. Revenue leaders can ask questions, compare records, investigate risks, and explore follow-up information without leaving their existing workflows.
Gong Assistant can also help teams create Gong Engage Flows through natural-language requests. These flows can turn successful sales practices into repeatable outreach processes for broader teams.
Gong Dashboards Expand Revenue Analytics
Gong Dashboards now extend beyond forecasting to cover more stages of the revenue lifecycle.
Revenue operations teams can define metrics through Gong Data Studio and reuse them across different dashboard views. This creates a shared measurement framework for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
By bringing revenue metrics into a centralized analytics experience, Gong aims to reduce the need for separate reports and conflicting performance measurements across departments.
Enriched Data Becomes Part of the Revenue Graph
One of the central elements of Mission Callisto is the way Gong Enrich connects external data with the Gong Revenue Graph.
Rather than treating enrichment as a separate data activity, Gong incorporates the information into the platform's broader revenue context. This can give sellers and automated agents additional information when they research accounts, identify contacts, or execute revenue workflows.
Gong says administrators can also govern access, spending, and CRM writeback when using Gong Enrich.
For revenue teams, this approach can reduce the need to move between multiple systems when researching prospects or maintaining account information.
Mission Callisto Builds on Gong's Broader AI Strategy
Mission Callisto follows several other product initiatives from Gong during 2026.
In June, Gong introduced Mission Big Dipper, which added a governed execution layer and Custom Agents to its platform. Mission Callisto builds on that direction by adding richer external data and more automated triggers.
Gong has also continued expanding beyond traditional conversation intelligence toward a broader revenue operating system that combines data, insights, AI agents, and workflows.
The company's latest release reflects this strategy by connecting data enrichment, AI-assisted research, automated execution, and analytics within a single platform.
Gong Serves More Than 5,000 Organizations
Gong says more than 5,000 organizations use its platform globally. Its Revenue AI offering combines the Gong Revenue Graph, specialized agents, and applications to help companies understand customers and teams while automating revenue workflows.
The company has also reported significant growth during 2026. Gong's newsroom said in May that its annual recurring revenue had surpassed $500 million, with year-over-year growth above 55%.
The continued product expansion reflects growing demand for AI systems that can connect revenue data with practical workflows.
Mission Callisto Moves Revenue AI Toward Execution
Mission Callisto brings together several capabilities that address different parts of the revenue process. Gong Enrich focuses on improving account and contact data, Agent Builder supports automated execution, Deep Mode helps investigate complex business questions, and Gong Dashboards provide broader performance measurement.
Together, these capabilities extend Gong's Revenue AI platform from analyzing revenue information toward helping teams act on that information.
Gong Enrich, expanded Gong Dashboards, and Deep Mode are generally available, while automatically triggered Custom Agents and additional Gong Assistant enhancements are rolling out throughout 2026.
The launch gives revenue teams a more connected way to manage data, investigate opportunities, automate repeatable work, and measure results across the revenue lifecycle.
