The Victorian Government provides Free Kinder funding for eligible 3 and 4-year-old children attending a funded kindergarten program. This funding has been applied by KU to enable children to attend this kindergarten at no cost to families. Kinder Haven Wantirna offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, conveniently located for families in Wantirna, Glen Waverley, Wheelers Hill, Knoxfield, Heathmont and Boronia. Each room in our centre is represented in the design through four native Australian plants (Lilly Pilly, Banksia, Waratah & Wattle). The artwork is located at the front of our centre to make a statement and symbolise our emerging connection with the local community as we begin our journey working towards reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. In my time away from the centre I love to spend time with my family which includes, 3 children, husband and my 2 dogs.
