DualEntry and Brex Launch Native Integration to Connect Corporate Spend and Accounting in One Workfl

DualEntry, the agentic ERP built for modern finance teams, has launched a native integration with Brex that links corporate card spend, reimbursements, and bill payments directly to its accounting workflows. The company announced the launch on October 20, 2026. The aim is to cut down the manual work that sits between managing company spend and getting that activity accurately into the books.

The integration works in both directions. DualEntry's chart of accounts and classifications are pushed into Brex, and spend activity flows back into DualEntry with the accounting details already applied. If coding is changed later, those updates can be reflected in DualEntry on later syncs. As a result, finance teams can keep more transactions coded and accounted for throughout the month instead of piling the work up at month-end.

Several capabilities come with the integration:

  • Brex card transactions and reimbursements move into DualEntry in near real time after export.

  • Bills and bill payments sync from Brex.

  • Brex legal entities map to the right companies in DualEntry.

  • GL accounts, departments, and classes stay aligned across both systems.

  • Brex accounting rules and workflows can automate transaction coding and exports.

Brex's support documentation adds practical detail. Teams can tag expenses with custom fields and GL codes before export, sync receipts and memos, and link Brex merchants to DualEntry vendors for consistent records. Card transactions appear in DualEntry as direct expenses, while reimbursements appear as journal entries. Teams that already use another accounting integration in Brex need to disconnect it before connecting DualEntry.

DualEntry describes itself as an AI-native ERP that brings accounting, reporting, multi-entity operations, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, close management, and AI-powered workflows into a single system. The Brex connection joins other spend and AP integrations it offers, including Ramp, Bill.com, and SAP Concur, and it supports the company's goal of reducing manual entry, errors, and close-time bottlenecks.
