Diaphragm chamber itself looked fine on visual, no cracking, no unusual residue, spring tension felt within the expected range when checked manually against the adjustment screw position.

Left the sensing line noted in the file rather than pulling the whole assembly apart on this visit, since the swing pattern matched closely enough with the rubbing point that further teardown didn't seem warranted without confirming across another cycle of readings first. Outlet pressure was rechecked an hour later after the panel was closed back up, holding steadier at 3.9 to 4.0 through that stretch, though a single visit isn't really enough to call the fluctuation fully resolved.

Flow Meter Behavior During the Same Window

The commercial meter's index showed consumption spikes that lined up almost exactly with the times the tenants reported the flame dropouts, which tracks with what you'd expect if the burner was momentarily losing enough pressure to interrupt combustion and then pulling a higher draw once it relit. Nothing on the meter itself suggested a fault, the readings simply mirrored the pressure event rather than causing it.

The CNG tap's meter showed a steadier trend by comparison, flow bursts consistent with vehicle fill cycles through the day and no correlation with the timestamps from the commercial complaint. That's a useful data point on its own, since it narrows the fluctuation down to something specific about the commercial branch rather than a shared upstream issue affecting the whole feed point.

Correction Factor Reading on the Branch Corrector

Checked the electronic corrector serving the commercial meter while on site, correction factor sitting around 1.076 at the time of the visit, within the range noted on prior download sheets. No drift pattern that would tie back to the pressure swing, temperature sensor tracking close to ambient. This mostly ruled out the corrector as a contributing factor, which narrowed things back toward the pilot sensing line as the more likely source.

Junction box for the corrector's communication unit was opened briefly during the same visit, terminals tight, no moisture or corrosion despite the enclosure sitting fairly close to the compressor pad's exhaust path.
