Hosted by industry icon Bob Knakal (BKREA), this black-tie event brought together the city’s top developers, brokers, and architects to celebrate excellence and impact.

For Chris, this recognition is not just a professional milestone but a deeply personal journey. As he shared:

“With this award, I am reminded how far this journey has come. I grew up in the projects, the son of two 16-year-old parents who did the best they could with what they had. Years later, I arrived in this great country with just $70 to my name, a suitcase full of hope, and a work ethic shaped by where I came from.
