Can I use Zapier to automate folder and file naming in SharePoint based on data from monday.com?

Yes, you can. Zapier supports both Monday.com and SharePoint, so you can build workflows that create folders, upload files, and apply naming conventions based on data captured in Monday.com.
That said, if you're working in a Microsoft 365 environment, I'd also look at SharePoint business process automation using Power Automate. It gives you more control over SharePoint-specific features like document libraries, metadata, permissions, approval workflows, and error handling. For example, you can automatically create a folder named with a project code and client name, upload related documents, apply metadata, and notify the project team when everything is ready.
If your automation is fairly straightforward, Zapier works well. If it involves complex document management, approvals, or compliance requirements, Power Automate tends to be the more scalable option in my experience.
