  • Moving to the next step you have to launch the browser to reach the setup page. 

  • In the URL bar of the browser you need to mention web address or IP address to open the setup page. When the setup page display on the screen using default login credentials gain access to the dashboard. 

  • When you reach the dashboard you can initiate the configuration by choosing the language. 

  • After that you have to connect the range extender device with the router network by using the routers SSID and password. From all the available networks on the screen you have to choose the router's network name. When prompted enter the password. 

  • Further you have to change the network name and password of your range Extender network. Afterwards you need to update the firmware and make other security settings. 

  • Once all the configuration is done by you you can submit the details by clicking on the submit button. 

  • Don't forget to relocate the device to boost the performance. 

Above steps are clear to complete the setup. By following these steps you can easily add the extender to your network. Alternatively you have a WPS based method in which you need not to go with any of the above mentioned steps instead of installation. After installation by clicking on the WPS button on both the devices you can connect them easily but it doesn't allow you to customize the network.
