Lately I've been exploring different KYC solutions to improve onboarding and compliance workflows. One of the companies I found was IdentifyME, which appears to focus on identity verification, document validation, and fraud prevention. For those who have implemented these types of systems, did they actually reduce manual workload and improve customer onboarding, or did they introduce additional complexity?
