Quick response to request for a quote. Easy registration on site and a full comprehensive handover of the trailer. Would highly recommend Trailers Direct. I ordered a 7×5 trailer and the day I was to pick it up I asked if I could change it to a 8 x 5. I was told no problem and the next day the 8×5 was ready to go.Have used the trailer to move my ride on mower, with the tipper option on this trailer, I’ve been able to just drive it onto the trailer!. Very happy with the trailer and the friendly service.

Totally positive , trailer is robust, well made and exactly as specified electronic disc brakes on all four wheels a big positive and well made steel mudguards not plastic as with others. Found one small issue when I got home but it was all sorted in a timely manner. Very pleased, will return for the next trailer. They had the trailer we wanted in stock and had all the paperwork for rego etc. ready when we arrived. The trailer is built well and is better than others I had viewed. Told them the trailer spec I needed and they had it delivered to the Mooloolaba depot within a few days.

Bought trailer from these guys love it. Mike was very helpful and made it very easy. Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the compartment to make most use of space.

Would definitely reccomend, they also have a great range of work trailers at very good pricing. Trailers Direct is the best trailer company on the coast. The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option.
