The GLZON robotic filling system connects multiple packaging processes into one continuous production workflow. Empty containers are automatically supplied to the conveyor and transferred to the filling station.

After filling, containers can pass through an inline checkweighing system for weight inspection. Qualified containers continue to the automatic lid handling and pressing process before being transferred to the robotic palletizing area.

The finished containers are arranged according to the required pallet pattern. The completed pallet can then be automatically wrapped for storage, handling, or transportation.

How the 20L Robotic Filling Line Works

1. Automatic Container Feeding
Empty 20L pails or containers are automatically supplied to the conveyor system, reducing manual container handling.

2. Automatic Liquid Filling
Containers enter the automatic filling station where the required filling process is performed according to the configured production parameters.

3. Checkweighing & Inspection
An inline checkweigher monitors filled containers and helps identify containers that do not meet the configured weight requirements.

4. Automatic Lid Placement & Pressing
Lids are automatically positioned and pressed onto filled containers. Optional detection functions can help identify missing or incorrectly positioned lids.

5. Robotic Palletizing
Finished containers are automatically picked and arranged according to the required pallet configuration.

6. Automatic Pallet Wrapping
Completed pallets can be automatically wrapped according to configured wrapping parameters, creating a more efficient end-of-line packaging process.
