Medical Insurance Plans
Medical Insurance Plans are used when the patient is being seen for a medical problem with the eye. These plans cover the health portion of an eye exam if there is a medical concern but they do not cover the refraction, glasses or contacts.
Please note, most medical insurance providers are not the direct vision insurance provider. They often farm the vision coverage out to a company that specializes in vision benefits. If your medical insurance card says vision on it, please lookup who your vision provider is to see if we take that vision insurance. If you cannot find that information, please feel free to call our office and we can assist you.
