One of the highest credential professional designation in the accounting and financial industry is the Certified Public Accountant (CPAs) of the United States of America. A US Certified Public Accountant is a certification offered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), to build competency in the field of Accountancy. The Uniform US CPA Exam

The 16-hour computer-based exam consists of MCQs, task-based simulations, and written communications to assess a candidate’s skill and knowledge to gain the coveted designation of CPA through the following four papers:
- Auditing and Attestation (AUD)
- Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR)
- Regulation (REG)
- Business Environment and Concepts (BEC)
A candidate is required to pass all 4 parts of the exam within an 18-month passing rolling window.
In order to earn the US CPA license, a candidate must complete 150 hours of study followed by 1-2 years of work experience focussing on accounting, auditing, or finance under an experienced CPA that many states require.
To earn the US CPA designation, aspirants must pass all four sections of the CPA exam, gain appropriate work experience, expertise, and meet some supplementary educational requirements like an online Ethics exam for some states.

Historically, a US CPA aspirant had to bear additional expenses of traveling and accommodation, since the US CPA exams were held in the US and Dubai only earlier than the year 2020. CPA Course Fees in India
It starts with the evaluation of credentials fee which is approximately USD 225 paid to NASBA International Evaluation Services. This evaluation stays in place for future references. Pertinent to note is that this fee is not recurring in nature until a candidate acquires a professional certification post the evaluation which is required for licensure purposes.
Next follows, a one-time registration fee with the chosen state board of accountancy that is USD 100.
The exam testing fee is approximately USD 565 per exam.
