Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll get back 75% of your ticket price (minus any applicable cancellation fees). If there are less than seven days before departure, then it’s 85%. And if you have more than seven days left and want to change your flight, Singapore Airlines will refund 100% of your fare as long as there are no changes in departure or arrival dates. In addition, if you don’t want to fly on the booked date, they will allow a 24-hour grace period. Just know that rebooking is only possible when there are open seats. Otherwise, they offer full refunds up until 30 minutes before departure. Please note that their policy has changed recently and now allows cancellations only within 48 hours after booking.
