4. Deloitte

Its employees are given opportunities to attend and lead conferences that train on non-profit organization and volunteerism. The company believes that such a training has long term effects on employees.

5. Cisco

Its CSR initiatives encompasses everyday life. Further it provides healthcare, economic empowerment, education, and disaster relief to needed areas all over the world. Each year, Cisco employees log over 160,000 hours volunteering worldwide. Civic Councils are teams of Cisco employees which organize donation projects and events for the local communities.

6. General Electric

Each year the employees of this company volunteer for more than1 million hours! Donations are granted from this company for supporting children with autism, literacy programs, senior centers, neglected urban spaces, etc. General Electric collaborates across its various departments to address urgent issues faced in different parts of the world on Global Community Days.

7. Zappos

Zappos creates social impact by donating enormous quantities of Zappos products to numerous charitable organizations. Its company culture addresses its employees’ wellbeing. It pays its employees who are volunteering for their time off.  

8. PG&E

It establishes its corporate social responsibility by serving the communities of California. Its employees clean up and fix eighteen state parks on Earth Day every year. 10. Toms

Their motto is “One for one”. Recently they donated a portion of their income through sunglass sales to needed children’s vision care. Toms’ employees too participate in the social good. They take part in a Shoe Drop annually where they travel and donate different goods to kids.
